Where do we pick up?

We are located in the East end at the St. George’s Marina and Superyacht dock , we also pick up at Tuckers point , Grotto Bay and other locations in the East end . Pick points are available in other locations including Hamilton and the west end by request only and are subject to an additional fee.

The Captain may cancel the charter if bad weather or other unexpected conditions threaten safety. In such cases you will receive a full refund and we will make every effort to reschedule. If you have concerns about the forecast, call us at +1 (441) 334 7245 we’ll review weather reports, radar, and current conditions to help determine the best course of action.

  • Emergency lifejackets (you may bring your own PFD)
  • Pool noodles
  • Snorkel masks (fins not provided — please bring your own)
  • Bluetooth speaker

Gratuities are not included but are always very appreciated by our hard working Captain and crew

Feel free to bring your own food.

We’re unable to offer catering because of tight turnaround times between trips.

A convenient option is to have your hotel prepare and deliver picnic boxes to the dock for pickup. We provide a cooler with ice for each charter.

  • Towels (bring your own)
  • Non-spray sunscreen
  • Hat and sunglasses
  • Water shoes or sturdy sandals for cliff-jumping and island exploring
  • A music playlist (boat has Bluetooth — download your favorites before boarding)
  • Glass beer bottles
  • Red wine
  • Chocolate
  • Spray sunscreen

We aim to be flexible and transparent. Please review the terms below:

  • Force Majeure
    If circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, natural disasters, death, or similar events) make the charter impossible, you may choose a full refund or to reschedule at no extra cost.
  • Customer Cancellations
    Cancel at least 5 days before the charter for a full refund.
    • Cancel with 2–4 days’ notice and receive a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations within 48 hours of the charter are non-refundable.
  • No-Shows
    No refund will be issued if you do not arrive for the scheduled charter.
  • Weather-Related Cancellations
    If we cancel due to unsafe weather, you may opt for a full refund or to reschedule based on availability.

Revised Damage & Liability Policy

These terms apply to all guests and bookings:

  • General Safety & Conduct
    Guests must follow crew safety instructions and behave responsibly. The crew provides required safety equipment and has authority to enforce safety rules.
  • Personal Injury
    We take safety seriously but are not liable for injuries resulting from guests’ negligence, reckless conduct, excessive alcohol or drug use, or failure to follow crew directions.
  • Damage to the Vessel & Equipment
    Guests may be held financially responsible for repair or replacement costs caused by accidental or intentional damage, tampering with equipment, or reckless behavior.
  • Personal Belongings
    We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought onboard.
  • Alcohol & Removal from Trip
    We may refuse service or remove any guest who is intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe. No refund will be issued for removal under these circumstances.
  • Medical Conditions
    Notify the crew of any relevant medical conditions before departure. We are not liable for injuries or incidents related to undisclosed or pre-existing health issues.
